Here at Ultimate Garage Doors, we offer a maintenance program for the regular care of your sectional garage doors in order to maintain the optimum level of operation and maximise the lifespan of the door. Our UltimateCare maintenance program involves being contacted annually to make a time for the servicing of your sectional garage door.

The 12 monthly service will involve:

• lubrication of all moving parts and adjustment of these as necessary for continued smooth operation of your sectional garage door eg. hinges and rollers

• checking and adjustment (if required) of your sectional garage door torsion springs
  

• checking and adjustment (if required) of your motor drive chain or belt
  

• checking and adjustment (if required) of your sectional garage doors
  

• checking of upper/ lower limits and sensitivity settings to ensure your garage door is opening and closing at the correct speed

• clean of rails

• check hinges, rollers, cables and cable drums for any abnormal wear and tear

All this for only $110 incl. GST.
